Harrison Jiang, Chief Marketing Officer of Honor’s consumer business in China, announced on September 5 that the global users of the Honor X series smartphone had exceeded 100 million, and revealed the upcoming release of the products representing the nine-year milestone of Honor X series.
Since its birth in 2013, Honor X series smartphones have been dedicated to bringing best experiences in imaging, communications and display technology. Among the smart phones included in the range are the Honor 6X, which opened the era of 1,000-yuan smartphones with dual cameras; the Honor X10, which set off the storm of 5G popularization; and the Honor X30, which was the champion of smartphone sales in the first half of 2022. Nowadays, Honor X series products have covered smartphones, laptops, tablets, smart screens, audio products and other fields.
Jiang said that the upcoming nine-year anniversary of the Honor X series will continue to amaze consumers. At the same time, new products such as Honor X series laptops, tablets and audio products will make an appearance.
The upcoming products are likely to be the Honor X40 series, about which some news has already leaked. According to sources, the Honor X40 smartphone will be released in September. Weibo blogger “Digital Chatting Station” said that the Honor X40 series will adopt domestically produced flexible curved OLED screen, which will set it apart from other smartphones in the same price range as they often only use an LCD screen.
