Huawei Mate 60 Pro Hits Early Sale, and Sells Out Upon Listing
On August 29th, the HUAWEI Mate 60 Pro smartphone was officially launched and available for sale. It comes in four colors: Elegant River Green, Southern Glutinous Purple, Elegant Red Black, and White Sand Silver. The starting price is $960. As of the time of writing, the Huawei online store has shown that it is sold out.
This is a rare flagship smartphone that has been pre-sold before its official release. Huawei has not yet announced the release date of the Mate 60 series.
Huawei stated in an open letter to its users that as of today, the cumulative shipments of Huawei Mate series smartphones have reached 100 million units. Therefore, they are launching the ‘HUAWEI Mate 60 Pro Pioneer Program’ and making the Mate 60 Pro available for pre-order on Huawei’s online store. In addition, the Mate 60 series is also authorized for offline pre-orders with a deposit of $137 at Huawei’s retail stores.

According to the information released by Huawei Mall, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro is the first mainstream smartphone that supports satellite calls, taking satellite communication to a new level compared to previous models. In addition, the HUAWEI Mate 60 Pro integrates the Pangolin AI large model and comes with features such as AI remote control, intelligent touch payment, and non-stop screen gaze.
In other aspects, the Mate 60 Pro is equipped with the second generation of Kunlun glass and comes with a 5000mAh battery. The shooting functions such as flash photography, portrait mode, and macro have also been upgraded.
The stock for this sale is not very large. Several channel distributors contacted by Interface News have all stated that they have not yet received the relevant models.
