News States that Xiaomi 14 Phone Will Be Released on October 27th
Qualcomm has announced that the 2023 Snapdragon Summit will be held from October 24th to 26th. It is expected to unveil a brand new flagship platform, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Following that, flagship smartphones equipped with this chip will be released.
Multiple digital bloggers and Xiaomi offline store staff have stated that the Xiaomi 14 launch event will be held on October 27th.
The model number of Xiaomi 14 is 23127PN0CC, and Xiaomi 14 Pro is 23116PN5BC. They have already passed the network access certification, 3C certification, and radio approval by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. All three certifications are complete and they are ready for release.
According to the information revealed by Digital Chat Station, in addition to regular processor upgrades, the Xiaomi 14 series will have upgrades in terms of screen, imaging, fast charging, battery, motor, etc. He also mentioned that the Xiaomi 14 Pro may support either 90W or 120W fast charging.
Furthermore, it was previously revealed by insiders at Xiaomi that two new models from the Xiaomi 14 series are being positioned to compete with the iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max and have already entered mass production.

According to Digital Chat Station, new smartphones equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chips will debut in November. The first batch of models includes Xiaomi 14 series, vivo X100 series, iQOO 12 series, Redmi K70 series, OnePlus 12, realme GT5 Pro, etc.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip (SM8650) will introduce a “1+5+2” core configuration. Unlike the “1+2+2+3” setup of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, this indicates that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 may bring more powerful performance cores and higher frequencies. It is built on TSMC’s N4P process and features a Cortex-X4 supercore, five A720 cores, two A520 cores, and an Adreno 750 GPU.
According to Ice Universe’s disclosure, the Adreno 750 GPU of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will have a “significant improvement” in performance and will be equipped with a 10MB level three cache, while its predecessor had an 8MB level three cache.Based on the latest benchmark scores, the GPU performance of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor has increased by 50% compared to its predecessor, and the CPU is close to Apple A17 Pro.
