OnePlus x Genshin Impact: Xiangling Ace 2 Smartphone to Be Released April 17

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus will hold a launch event for the OnePlus Ace 2 Genshin Impact customized edition in China on April 17.

The firm also revealed some details about the special edition smartphone. Based on Xiangling’s “famous chef” feature, OnePlus created the “OnePlus Ace 2 Xiangling Edition” with a Chinese-style food box design.

Louis Li, President of OnePlus China, also unveiled the appearance of the new model. The smartphone adopts a red leather back cover, which is consistent with Xiangling’s fire-based character in Genshin Impact. Xiangling is loved by many players.

The customized model will come with customized designs and gifts, and OnePlus will also optimize the smartphone for gaming. However, compared to the regular version of Oneplus Ace 2, there should be no changes in configuration for this limited edition.

In February this year, OnePlus announced a strategic partnership with Genshin Impact for three years and announced that its exclusive game experience optimization plan, called “Alchemy,” has entered phase 2.0. At that time, Louis Li said that OnePlus had invested one billion yuan ($145 million) to establish a “OnePlus x Genshin Impact Experience Optimization Laboratory.” The firm aimed to bring the best and smoothest gaming experience to OnePlus smartphones.

Previously, OnePlus had already launched two co-branded products with Genshin Impact including “OnePlus 9RT x Sucrose Genshin Impact Edition” and “OnePlus Ace Pro Genshin Impact Hu Tao Special Edition”, both were popular among smartphone users and Genshin Impact gamers.
